Hi,
why we are using animal instaed of human for isolation of leydig cells? can we use human in place of animal and can anybody tell me that why we are using only rat for leydig cell isolation and what is the purpose of that?

Considering leydig cells are isolated from the testes, it is probably significantly easier to get them from rodents than from humans
