I would like to know how protein precipitate out from a solution when the protein is in its reduced form?
Will there be different kinds of reduction process (by different reducing agents or chemicals) that cause the protein to precipitate and not to precipitate when in reduced form?

Precipitation is dependent on hydrophobic interactions, not disulphide interactions, so there should be no difference between reduced and non-reduced samples.
Have you had problems precipitating reduced samples?
