[b]i request u to send me some suggestions, to perform a mini project -which i have to finish within a month.can any one help me? plz

Clone a fluorescent protien and if successful one could transfect cells and get colourful pictures to show.

brilliant idea scolix, should be about at months work, if all goes well (cloning.....)

but as scolix said mun this will give you some cool pitures and also some nice text for your project i.e. inserting and expressing an foreign protein in a certain cell line

i would suggest using something like the baculovirus transfection system its quick and easy and gives you a lot of fluorescense
