Proportion of folding proteins among all 100 AA long proteins - (Jul/18/2006 )

I was informed (without any references) that the proportion of folding proteins among all sequences of 100 amino acids is estimated (by different estimations) from 10^-9 to 10^-17.

But I can't find articles with these estimations.
Could you please tell me if this information is true and give me references on this estimations?

Thank you for your help!

errm the proportion eh - small or large? If one was actually going to do this, one would just write a script to find the length of all proteins in the PDB.
