Hello smile.gif
cellulytics can be isolated from the soils rich in wood contents means from the wood cutting industries like saw mills or from the waste outlets of paper industry. for thermophiles one have to select the regions of hot temperature,
for characterisation first secretion of enzyme is to be checked then go for the optimization of the conditions like temp, pH, etc.
well bio-form do tell me if i m rite or wrong and further suggestions are also welcome, as i m a student of masters and dont know much aboout this.
to which place do you belong Raj, seems to be Indian surely. me from Chandigrh.
