Does anyone have protocol/reference for how to prepare doxorubicin to treat cell cutlures?

From Sigma-Aldrich website, specification sheet:

Solubility: clear orange to red solution at 50 mg/ml in water.
Store at 2-8 degrees

It is very harmful, you should wear gloves and, when you are weighing the powder, respiratory protection.
For the right concentration you should search Pubmed and see how much other people used for the same cells you are using
