Need protocol for mouse ES cell stable transfection - (May/29/2006 )

Hi,everybody,I will stably deliver a gene into mES cells,which is new to me, Does anybody has some suugestions or experience (protocol )in this work?

For ES cells, our experience is that for transient transfection use Gencarrier-2 which showed the best outcome (efficiency over toxicity); for stable transfection, use lentiviral vector (Invitrogen).
