BSP and MSP Primers - (May/29/2006 )

Hi,

Anyone can help me with this?
I am new to methylation work, and I have not done any primer designation before. I have doubts regarding the primers for BSP. All C are supposed to be converted to T during NABI ( except methylation CpG), but why the primers deisgned methprimer contain 'G'?
Since the sense and anti sense are no longer complementary after NABI treatment, why do the programme designs primers on both strands?
Thanks if anyone can solve this for me.

ummm if you look more closely it's acutally designing for one strand in BSP. blink.gif
