How to isolate DNA from 1-5 blastocyst or oocytes for methylation studies - (May/25/2006 )

Hi, I want to know how we can perform methylation studies (bisulphite modification) using only few blastocysts. How to get DNA from such a small number of cells. Does anybody has some protocol for the same.
