Hi all researchers

I have just already registered i want to know what is the best way to store the enzyme catechol 2,3 dioxygenase

better way to know that is to contact the manufacturer. They're always please to help.

is it commercial or homemade?

if commercial then check the data sheet or website or call the manufacturer.

if homemade:
if you followed the literature then check that or contact the lab.

if you developed the method then store small aliquots in various conditions and monitor activity and appearance (in page) over time (with freezer storage make several aliquots to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles plus one to freeze/thaw multiple times).

we often make our enzyme solutions to 50% glycerol and store at -20C (prevents freezing), you may want to try this but it is not good for all enzymes.
