Cell cycle analysis (FACS) analysis and GFP detection - (May/02/2006 )

Hi,

CFSE and GFP emitt within the same emission wave length range. So both will be detected in FL-1 . It will kill your cell cycle profile because they wont be distiguishable by FACS analysis.
