how to blast my DNA over MG1655 genome - (Apr/29/2006 )

Hi,Bioforumers:
How I can blast my DNA sequence over Escherichia coli MG1655 gonome sequence? I do blast in NCBI, can confined to Escherichia, but can't confine to MG1655, what I am interested is only how my sequence matches within genome of MG1655 not other strains.
Can you kindly suggest a way for me to do this, I'm layman to bioinformatics, and I'm sure bioinformatics experts here will help me out with a solution.

Thank you!!

Blast two sequences at:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/bl2seq/wblast2.cgi

and enter the Genbank ID of the MG1655 genome, U00096
