help! virus titter - (Apr/27/2006 )

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!, somebody know how to increase the titter of a virus.......i tried CsCl binding but i can get a band...................

What virus are you working on? Can you grow it on cell lines, how are you creating your virus?
