M17 cell transfection - (Apr/21/2006 )

Anybody works on transfection of M17 cells?

Hello,
I do not work with the M17 cells, but I work with another neuroblastoma cell line the SH-SY5Y. As the transfection efficiency is also very low with this I tried quite a lot of different regent: Calcium, Neurofect, Transfast, Lipofectin, Lipofectamin2000, MetafectenePro, FugeneHD, ExGen500... The best efficiency I had with Lipofectamin2000, Calcium und FugeneHD, but it was never higher than 10 - 20 %. As I am also interested in testing the M17 cells, do you test this cells already?
