Hi All,

Should I be expecting a band with M primers in untreated (Sodium bisulfite) samples if my gene of interest is known to be methylated at that region? (I am getting a band in the treated sample.)

this may occur, but with a good primer, it shouldn't amplify from unconverted templates. A good control is no amplification using U primers in your unconverted template, there should be no amplification product at all.
