Try DnaSP or Arlequin.
Arlequin was specially designed for mtDNA haplotype analysis, initially.

Thanks L Han, We just have started to analysis our Central Asia populations. Please assist us how we can get specific dates of haplogrops ( for example D, F, G, I, A, T, M....). Or Arlequin has all data?

Check out the Arlequin documentation here

The author of the program is Excoffier. You should either do a PubMed search on the author or follow the references in the program documentation.
From what i remember, you have to define your haplotypes- it doesn't recognize them by default.
