hello
hai to all
i need an help

May be you need to use 10% serum for the cardiomyocytes. I dont understand that you could see beating but no contractility?

-RajeshKG-

the amount of serum you are using is very less.go for 10% serum

Hi

We start culturing with 10% horse serum and 5% new born calf serum. What do you mean with beating cells without contractility?

-just a scientist-

Dear members,

I am new to this group, I am working as R & D Co-oridinator. my company gave the HDL Reagent prepartion through invitro method. Can any one help mee. I thank you well in advance.

thank you sir for your kind replay
i wanted to say that after two days
i can see that the rate decreases
after that there is no movement
then i found that all my cells were died
by viability assay
