secondary structure of intron - (Apr/04/2006 )

How can I do secondary sturcture of intron? I need in some program, which can make secondary structure of sequence of intron (FASTA format), and tell to me, what type of intron it is.
or something esle...

Try this program called
DOTLET
You can infer if there is any secondary structure in your intron by looking at the dot plot. Check out the examples on this site. It may help.
