single cells from human tissue? - need protocols (Apr/03/2006 )
hi everyone,
we want to prepare single cell suspensions from different human tissues like heart, lung, brain and many others.
anyone out there in the world who have experiences in this field and some advices where we can find practicable protocols without using a homogenisator or other high technical equipment...
any links or suggestions will be highly appreciated
