what kind of adherent cell lines can be analyzed by FCM through Annexin V/PI staining? I am very upset by that.

i dont understand your question.Please can you tell me in detailes because we are using J774 and differentiated THP-1 cells we dont feels any probles in this experiment.

I have performed several times with my cell line and got very strange graphs.(I'll show u later) Someone good at FCM told me it was difficult to perform FCM with adherent cell lines. And I also can't find a protocol exactly for adherent cell lines.
