Protocols with diagrams - (Oct/04/2000 )

Does anyone know of any sites that have protocols with diagrams? I'm specifically looking for western, northern, slot, and dot blot protocols. This is for a basic, introductory molec. biol. class, so it doesn't need to be elaborate, just something for my students to visualize. Thanks!

Does anyone know a site for plant microinjection with detailes about needle size

I am working on HIV western blot. I am unable to get the blot of gp160/120. Why I am not getting the protein bands and how to get it? What is the reason behind my failure. Please solve it.Santosh
