Too much template - (Mar/15/2006 )

Hi,pcrman.Is there no bands if the PCR template is too much ?If so ,why?

For bisulfite PCR, I don't think too much template is a problem, instead the usual problem is too little template.

For I run a nested MSP ,i dillute the first pcr products for 20 times,and get 5ul for the second MSP with 35 cycles.Is that OK

That is fine, sometimes you even don't need to dilute the first PCR product.
