hi, i was just reading about proteins and i found interesting that protein digestion is in the stomach and small intestine, what about the large intestine i t pretty much serve as the last conduct of digestion? is the least that participates in digestion i guess,

Large intestine is for water resorbtion back into the body and to give many bacteria a pleasant place to live.
