Find antidoy for EZH2 EED SUZ12 for doing CHIP - histone methylation (Mar/02/2006 )

Hi
I am a beginner of CHIP,the very first trouble for me is that i cann't pick up a good antibody!!!
now my work is something of histone methylation and i need using antibody of Polycomb group protein (suz12 eed ezh2) to do chip.
I appreciate if anyone who has used these antibody for CHIP before can kindly tell me where they got them!

Hi,

We've used one from Upstate (cat# 07-400) that works pretty well. It's a polyclonal rabbit Ab which binds ezh2. We use 2uL (they don't tell what the concentration is) per ChIP (1-4 million cells).
