Had anyone used pSM2c and LinX packaging cells? I followed all the manufactural's protocols but the titer was very low.

hi, i used LinX-A cells packaging cells - transfected with pBabe using calcium phosphate, and titer was quite ok..

I will try again.
And another question, does anyone use pRNAT-H1.1/Retro (Genscript)? I could not see any green fluorescent in my target cells after transduction. Although GFP expression in packaging cell seemed ok.
