Dechorionation of zebrafish embryos - (Jan/27/2006 )

unsure.gif I need to dechorinated a large number of zebrafish embryos. I was thinking of using pronase to do it (1 mg/ml). Is this too high? I need to use the embryos to treat with LPS after they are dechorionated and then extract RNA. Please suggest what concentration I should use and for how long should I treat the embryos in pronase?

Thanks.

The answer is right here. But be careful as you may damage your embryos. If they are really precious I suggest you dechorionate by hand, it's a pain but worth it for good results.
