RNA pol I, II and III - biochemical differences? - (Jan/24/2006 )

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a paper or a good review on the biochemistry of RNA pol I, II and III.

Specifically, I would like to know whether there is an intrinsic difference in processivity between the holoenzymes in vivo. Has anyone tested them to see how far they can run before falling off, either in vivo or in vitro? (In the absence of downstream terminator elements.)
