Plant nuclei isolation - (Jan/18/2006 )

Hello,
I want to isolate nuclei from a cell suspension of BY2 cells. Then I want to prepare nuclear protein complexes from those nuclei.
Does anybody have a good protocol to do that

I did crude nuclear extracts with suspension cultures of Beta vulgaris and Nicotiana tabacum and tested topoisomerase activity. Worked well.
