Apoptosis inhibitor - (Jan/09/2006 )

Hi all,

Does anyone know about a good anti-apoptotic chemical that would inhibit apoptosis induced by overexpression or down-regulation of c-jun N-terminal Kinases (JNKs) in fibroblasts ?

The best would be of course a chemical with no or few side-effects.. but any suggestions will help me a lot !

heres a link to a recent nature paper using a cell permeable peptide inhibitor. I dont have any experience with JNK inhibition but there seems to be a lot of literature on the subject.
