Oligofectamine Transfection - (Jan/09/2006 )

Hello again!

I am transfecting cells with fluorescent labelled oligonucleotides; since the media can be change dat 4h can I assume that by this time the transfection process is complete....... so I can analyse efficiciency at 4h ratehr than 24h.............

I assume you can, if you're just transfecting oligonucleotides. I would do a pretty thorough washing of your cells, to make sure the oligonucleotides that haven't gone into cells are completely gone...
