Cardiac stem cells - Isolation and Culture (Jan/02/2006 )

Does anybody have experience isolating Cardiac stem cells? I am trying a protocol and was able to get some cells, but I still have a few questions that need answers...

I don't know what exactly you need help with, but some of my work involves differentiating stem cells into cardiomyocites so let me know what your questions are and if i can answer them, I will.

I am at the earliest phase of trying to isolate and culture cardiac stem cells - so far we have worked with MSCs. It would help us if we could access the protocol from someone who has successfully performed such work. We want to do it in sheep eventually.
Would be greatful for advice.
