I did chip again this week,but to my surprise,I only found unspecial protein without the interest protein.It was so surprising.Did it imply that the antibody couldn't immunoprecipitate my interest protein,or the beads couldn't crosslink the antibody?I am puzzling.

Have you tried a different batch of beads? Also, how long are you crosslinking for (10-15 min at room temp)? Have you tried talking to Upstate yet? Their tech support might have some suggestions.
