does anyone have experience working with coronary artery endothelial cells for transfection
did u have success
what method did u use
did u also try reporter assays with this

We used Gencarrier-2 transfection reagent (Epoch Biolabs) on HCAEC human coronary artery endothelial cells with AP-1 reporter (~20-30% efficiency which is similar to Fugene-6 but less toxic and well much cheaper!!!). We got very consistent luciferase signal.
