AGS Cell - Medium for AGS Cells (Dec/08/2005 )

Hallo,
I am a new member in this forum.
I have problems : What is the appropriate medium for AGS Cells?
My cells did not grow well.

BTW, for anti ulcer research is this cell line (AGS) appropriate?
Can someone help me?

What medium were you using? I`ve managed to grow AGS in both DMEM + 10% FBS and RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS with no problems.
