i am a student working on the tissue culture of jujuba,but i can not get the regenerated plant successfully. and i also read some papers,but their method didn't work!so i want to ask help here

Can you tell me what kind of hormone you used. And the light.
I 've found a new medium that we can micropropagate our plan more rapid than usual (reduce 2/3 time).
With your plant, you should use special medium for woody trees, not MS medium.
