Coating 150cm flasks w/ poly-L-ornithine - (Dec/01/2005 )

Hello
Has anyone successfully done this (see topic title), and do you need to wash the flasks w/ water or EtOH

I coat T75 flasks.
10 ug/ml P-orn in MQ overnight, then rinse 3 times with MQ and freeze (leaving the last rinse in)
