before the conversion with the bisulphite one it is necessary to digest the dna with an enzyme of restriction or passage in thin needle? (Technical MSP) Kit EZ-DNA conversion

Digesting DNA before modification is not a must, but may improve conversion effciency. Passing the DNA through a find needle will also help.
