EZ DNA methylation kit is not working anymore - (Nov/23/2005 )

I have used EZ DNA methylation kit for two years, and always worked very well. However, about a month ago it stopped working. I cannot get any of my samples to amplify in MSP, even though my previously modified DNA samples amplify the same as before. I contacted Zymo research, Inc. and they sent me a brand new kit free of charge. Still it does not work!


Has anyone else encountered this problem?
If anyone can provide any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

we found that digesting or shearing the DNA to small fragments helped with getting better conversion efficiencies with the EZ kit (if that's what your problem is)
