In the trouble of "From EST to contig"...... - (Oct/26/2005 )

hi ,
Using the" Sequencher 4.2"programme,I attempt to align the EST data(about 190MB) to contig.
But ,I failed to import the EST data to the Sequencher 4.2 programme.
Could somebody tell me why and how to do it?

whether there is a limit about the size of the data to be imported to the programme?
Where can I find other programmes that also can align EST to contig?
