MSP product size - (Oct/06/2005 )

I got the primer sequences for the relevant methylated and unmethylated primers from a recent journal article. Unfortunately, however, they don't give an indication of product size. I've tried virtual PCR, but it doesn't give an amplicon, due to the changes in C residues when unmethylated. Any suggestion as to how one can determine the predicted product size?

You need to first download the target sequence onto your computer and do a digital bisulfite conversion, then search for the primer sequence.
