Problem of Cultur for NR8383 - (Oct/06/2005 )

Hi,

I receive a vial from ATCC for the cell line NR8383 (rat macrophage). I try to make some stock but my cells don't want to growth a lot. Is someone know the double time and if I need to add some elements to the media.

I have the same problem with NR8383. I bought this cell of ATCC the last February.
