Accidentally deleted enzyme from Vector NTI - how to restore? - (Aug/24/2009 )

I accidentally deleted AgeI enzyme from the database in Vector NTI. Does anyone know how I can restore it?

I have determined a solution.

Go here: ftp://ftp.neb.com/../pub/rebase/bairoch.908 to download a database of enzymes.

For Vector NTI 10:

File > Database. Select 'Enzymes' from the dropdown menu, top left. File > Import > Enzymes from REBASE database. Locate downloaded file in browser. Click 'Open'. Select the database in Vector NTI to add the enzyme to (probably 'MAIN') and click 'OK'. Select enzyme(s) and click 'Import'.

You may be tempted to just select all enzymes and then tell it to skip all those which are already in there, but I did this and it added 13 enzymes, none of which were AgeI.
