ExoSap then nanodrop? - Quantifying PCR products after exosaping! (Aug/11/2009 )

I just wondered if anyone knew whether you can get an accurate nanodrop reading for a PCR product after using exosap?

No, the UV absorbing bases are still there until a cleanup has been done.
