Number of cells in 6 wells-plate well - (Jul/07/2009 )

I am doing some growth curves of virus in MDCK cells. Does anyone have an idea how many cells there generally are in a well of a 6-wells plate, or perhaps how many MDCK cells there will be?
Thanks,
Neeltje

The best way to find out is by counting cells in a well.

There is really no general thing, because it depends upon confluence, and over-confluence of cells, especially in MDCK cells. They can really overgrow even after reaching confluence.
