Label with 35S -met - (Jun/06/2009 )

Hi everyone

As you know we can label the protein of interest with 35S-Met only if it contains a few met residues.
My proteins have 7/(425 aa), 5 /( 250 aa), 8/(330 aa) and 5/( 185 aa) met residues respectively,
Are they enough to detect easily by autoradiography?
Is there any rule for these?
Thank you so much in advance.

You should be able to detect them, usually 3-5 is enough.
