Real-Time PCR as a Microplate Reader - (May/29/2009 )

Hi all
I am using the Bio-Rad Chromo4 Real-Time PCR as a fluorescence microplate reader, I am using the Invitrogen OliGreen ssDNA Reagent Kit to quantify the concentration of my ssDNA sample. Basically I am using 25uL dye + 25uL samples with serial dilutions.
Has anyone done this before?Any suggestions?
