i need to purify MMP9 from conditioned media so i need gelatin tagged to sepharose beads. So any one have protocol how gelatin is tagged to sepharose beads.

you can purchase gelatin-sepharose from ge healthcare.

or you can buy cnbr-activated sepharose and couple gelatin to it (following the protocol given with the gel or from the "affinity chromatography" book).
