How to Clone a 2.3 Kb Gene with PCR - (May/21/2009 )

Hey guys im looking to clone a a gene having the size of around 2.3 Kb with PCR. How can i clone it successfully ??? somebody pls give me a description

This is not a long or challenging PCR product. Almost any enzyme will work here. My first thing to reach for would be the Invitrogen Supermix High Fidelity. The premixes avoid many problems, especially for novice pcr users.
