Phylogenetic interpretation - (May/18/2009 )

Hi,
The phylogenetic tree helps us to cluster unknown bacteria community with known bacterial community. But can anyone shed some light on the right way of interpreting the phylogenetic tree?? Im attaching an tree that i obtained as a guideline, pls feel free to comment to further shed some light on this topic
