Touchdown PCR - (Apr/27/2009 )

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has a pretty generic touchdown pcr protocol? doesnt have to be too specific

I usually use the following: 2x 65 �C, 2 x 62�C, 2 x 60�C, 5 x 58 �C, 20 x 56 �C

works fine for me
